This is an OPEN-LEVEL 45-minute reformer session delivered ONLINE via live stream at the allocated times. The class is suitable for any person over the age of 15.

Enjoy a 45-minute movement session from the comfort of your living room. 

Pre & Post-natal clients welcome! 

You do need to have a reformer for these sessions plus a towel, a water bottle & your happy self! 

If you have multiple family members from the same household who want to participate, you can create a family account & manage your reservations from one place but each person will need access to a reformer.

If you are under 18, you will need parent or guardian consent to participate.
