Pilates mat work @ Coffee Presto

This is an OPEN-LEVEL 30-minute outdoor "Espresso" mat work session at Coffee Presto. 

It is suitable for any person over the age of 10. 

Mats will be provided, but please bring a towel, water bottle & your preferred insect repellant. 

If you have multiple family members from the same household who want to participate, you can create a family account & manage your reservations from one place.

If you are under 18, you will need parent or guardian consent to participate. 

Don't forget that a regular coffee (or other beverage) worth $5 is included for each participant after class! Class times are subject to change.
